!!!CANCELLATION POLICY!!!

When you book your appointment that time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance so I may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.

If you have a fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, dry cough, runny nose, chills, muscle pain, unusual/new headache or sore throat in the past 72 hours please reschedule your appointment until symptoms subside.

Timing is everything which is why I ask that you respect your time, other clients and mine. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of $25. Clients that fail to show or miss their appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).

Please let me know if you are running late up to 15 minutes please contact me at 661-330-1200. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.

However, you may be asked to reschedule if running more than 15 minutes late and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time. Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If your card declines, you will not be able to schedule a appointment until your fee is paid. By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving EFFORT + LESS ESTHETICS permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.
